Quoted fixed after a free call. Enrolment and the student portal usually come first because incomplete enrolments cost the most. Ranges are on our blog.
02Do we have to leave aXcelerate or VETtrak?+
Usually not. The compliance and AVETMISS side is genuinely hard and regulated. Most providers keep it and add the enrolment, portal and engagement layer their platform does poorly.
03Do you build learning management systems?+
We build the parts around delivery, and integrate with Moodle or Canvas where content already lives there. Rebuilding a full LMS is rarely worth the money when good ones exist.
04Does this work for non-accredited training too?+
Yes, and it is often simpler. Without AVETMISS obligations, the whole thing can be one system: enrolment, delivery tracking, payment and certificates.
05How do you handle student data?+
Role-based access so trainers see their own cohorts, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, and Australian data residency where available. Student identity documents are treated as sensitive by default.
06How long does it take?+
An enrolment and portal core typically ships in 8 to 12 weeks. We aim to launch between intakes so no cohort is caught mid-transition.
